The Clinical Operations Committee consists of the non-physician clinic managers in each ambulatory clinic at UT Southwestern.  The Committee, under the direction of Dr. John Rutherford, will meet regularly to discuss clinical operation and service issues, and to determine the best course for implementing the changes approved through the various task forces and the Clinical Chairs to achieve 'best practices" at Southwestern.
