Welcome to EduCAPE

The EduCAPE section within the Community Prevention and Intervention Unit at UT Southwestern was formed in January 2004.  EduCAPE is the result of merging the Education and the Community Assessment, Planning and Evaluation (CAPE) sections into one large workgroup. EduCAPE is responsible for delivering high quality educational workshops, presentations and intervention programs to the community in the areas of HIV/AIDS & STD prevention and care services. EduCAPE is also respnsible for providing technical assistance in the form of capacity building, prevention program planning, monitoring/evaluation and qualitative data analysis to community-based organizations, prevention providers, and community planning groups throughout the state of Texas.
