Our Mission
The Education department supports UT Southwestern University Hospitals in their provision of excellent patient care and service. Training and development is provided to assess and improve competency, meet professional and regulatory requirements, and enhance job performance. Our hospitals are learning organizations focused on having all employees participate in continuing education.
