UT Southwestern University Hospitals & Clinics, Parkland Health & Hospital System, and Children's Medical Center of Dallas (UT affiliate) as a collaborative effort, have created this Campus Credentialing site to streamline the credentialing and privileging process.  It is our goal to provide inclusive credentialing information that is both institutionally specific as well as universally shared and to eliminate duplication of processes as much as possible.
