The UT Southwestern Medical Center Library supports the information needs of the UT Southwestern's research, educational and clinical activities. To achieve this, the Library maintains a large collection of both electronic and print information resources, and also offers assistance and training in the use of these resources.
Electronic resources are freely available to clients who are on campus, whether in their offices or visiting the Library. UT southwestern students, faculty and staff may also access electronic resources from off-campus, using Virtual Private Networking (VPN) software. Assistance in the use of resources is also available remotely, by phone or email.
Due to licensing restrictions, most electronic resources can only be accessed from off-campus by clients who are directly affiliated with UT Southwestern; however, all clients are welcome to visit the Library and use our resources on-site.
Please enter the Library's Web site to use electronic resources, find out more about them, or to contact Library staff.
Print information sources are primarily found in the South Campus (main) Library, located in the E Building. The Library staff are based at this location. The Library also has a small branch in the ND building, serving the North Campus labs, offices and clinics.
