For Refunds:
Please fill out a vending refund form. This form can be found at the Cashier’s Office (B1.200) or by downloading the Vending Refund Form. Once the form is completed, it can be returned to the Cashier’s Office. For St. Paul employees and visitors, refunds may be obtained at the Nutrition Services office located on the second floor, near the cafeteria.
For product requests and to report a malfunctioning machine, please call the Vending Office at x50969. Leave a message that includes the number of the machine, the location and the problem. 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
