The mission of the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine is to promote advances in the care of patients with lung disease and critical illness. This mission is accomplished through innovative basic research, clinical trials of novel therapeutic agents, training of physicians and students in pulmonary disease, and patient care.
Faculty provide care for patients at Parkland Health & Hospital System, Zale Lipshy University Hospital, the James W. Aston Ambulatory Care Center and serve our nations veterans at the Dallas Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
