| When trying to edit the body text of a web page the editor does not load or my browser freezes up. What should I do? |

We have upgraded our web editor from eWebEdit Pro to Ephox. You may need to download or upgrade your Java client.
To do this,
- Close the CMA and any browsers you my have open
- Open a new browser and go to Sun Downloads
- Scroll down and click the "Download" button for "Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6.0"
- Choose the "Accept" radio button to accept the license agreement
- Select the correct download
- Windows Offline Installation, Multi-language (for upgrading your current Java client)
- Windows Online Installation (typical download size is ~7.1MB), Multi-language (for downloading the complete client)
- Follow the prompts given to complete the download.
- Restart the CMA and edit the body as normal.

| A list of pages that you have access to approve, edit, and/or final approve. |

| How do I create a new image? |
| Click on the icon next to "Create a New Image", name your image, put in keyword description, upload image from your computer, punch "Save". Your image will |
| be emailed to the Chair of the Graphics Committee to be approved or not approved. You will get an email stating the status of your image(s), whether it has been |
| approved and if it will be made available for you to put on your pages. This process takes between 2-4 days. |

| How do I make an image available to only my department? |
| By selecting "Create a New Image", that image will be made available to the content category listed at the top of the page. |

| What size do my pictures need to be? |
| Thumbnail image: 80x80 pixels |
| Body Text image: 500x400 pixels (maximum)--they can be smaller. |
| Resolution: 72 |

| How do I find the pages I have created? |
| Select "Find/Edit and Existing Page", find your userID in the drop box labeled "Created By" and click Search. This will bring up only the pages you have created. |

| How do I edit a page? |
| Click on the icon next to "Find/Edit an Existing Page". Search for the page you want to edit with the different search criteria (ie-keyword, date created/modified, |
| Content Category, created by or modified by UserID), a list will appear with titles of pages you have created. Click on the title of the page you want to edit. |
| Begin to edit content where needed (left navigation, body text, quick links, etc.) |

| What is a launch date? |
| The launch date is for pages you want to create and approve but don't want them to "Go Live" yet. Time sensitive material, for instance, that you want to go |
| ahead and create but don't want available for the public to view for two weeks. Put the date you want the content to be viewed, create the page, approve it, and |
| it will "Go Live" on the date selected. Otherwise the page will "Go Live" immediately after it's been approved. |

| What is a refreshment date? |
| Select a date you want to update your content and the program will email you to remind you on that date. |

| How do I approve a page? |
| In your Task List click on the box next to the title of the page you want to approve, then select the "Approve" button. The page will then go to your Editor and/or |
| Final Approver. Once each person has approved the page it will "Go Live" immediately. |

| How do I send a page back to the author/editor? |
| In your Task List click on the box next to the title of the page you want to send back, then select the "Reject" button. The page will then go back to your Editor |
| and/or Author to be edited. |

| How do I delete a page? |
| In your Task List click on the box next to the title of the page you want deleted, then select the "Delete" button. |
| |
| What does "take ownership" mean? |
| "Take Ownership" allows one person to "hold" a page so no one else can access or edit it. |

| What is a "stencil"? |
| The templet for the page you are creating. You have the choice of 5 different ones. |

| Do I have to use the same stencil for every page? |
| No, you can use different ones for different pages. |

| How do I choose a stencil? |
| Click on the one you want and click on the "Select" button. |
| |
| Can I change the stencil later? |
| Yes. Under the stencil image click on the "change stencil" link. This will take you back to select a different stencil for your page. |
| *Make sure you Save the page before changing the stencil. |

| What is a "thumbnail"? |
| The "thumbnail" is a space for putting a picture on your page. You can select from the preapproved pictures or upload your own to be approved. |

| Do I have to use the preapproved pictures? |
| No, you can have your own images approved by the Graphic Standards Committee to be made available for your pages. |

| How do I get my own pictures approved? |
