Continuing Education Registration
Tuition is due in full by the registration payment deadline. It is your responsibility to insure that payment for your tuition has been made to The UT Southwestern Medical Center.
1. After acceptance into the Blood Bank Technology Program, registration for the program courses is performed via the Career Enhancement Online (CEO) system. The CEO will allow you to request registration for blood bank technology courses, manage your username, password, and email address, and make payment. Please follow the deadlines.

NOTE: If you are taking the courses for academic credit, you will either receive a registration packet by mail from UT Southwestern Medical Center or you will register on campus. Also review the Blood Bank Technology Program Registration.
2. After linking to CEO, follow the instructions to create your account. If accepted in the Blood Bank Technology Program, you will register for all three MT courses. If you have questions about the login and registration process, contact The UT TeleCampus student services at 1-888-TEXAS-16 or email them at uttcpdo@utsystem.edu.
3. Registration for blood bank technology courses requires acceptance into the Blood Bank Technology Program and approval of the Program Education Coordinator. Once you have successfully submitted a request, an e-mail will automatically be generated to the Program Education Coordinator for approval. When your registration request has been processed, you will be notified by e-mail as to the status of your request.
4. If your registration request has been approved, you will then return to the CEO system for payment. Follow the instructions and payment deadline as defined in the CEO system.
5. Buy your course materials in time to have them when you start your course. Required and recommended materials are provided through the UTTC Bookstore.
6. Be sure that the computer that you intend to use for the course meets the technical requirements outlined on The UT TeleCampus Web site.
7. Prior to the first day of class, you will receive an email with login information for your course. Most communications for the course will be by email. It is important that you login on the first day of class and continue to login frequently, as course information will be provided in the course rather than being sent to you.
8. When logged into the courseware, review The UT TeleCampus Student Handbook and the Computer Basics course that you will find in the Resources box on your portal.
9. Review the Course Orientation, Syllabus, and Outline for each course in which you are enrolled.
