 Academic Registration

Tuition is due in full by the registration payment deadline.   It is your responsibility to insure that payment for your tuition has been made to The UT Southwestern Medical Center.

1. If you are taking the courses for academic credit, you will either receive a registration packet by mail from UT Southwestern Medical Center or you will register on campus.

Note: If you are taking the courses for continuing education credit, refer to the instructions on the Blood Bank Technology Program Continuing Education Registration.

2. Buy your course materials in time to have them when you start your course.  Required and recommended materials are provided through the UTTC Bookstore

3. Be sure that the computer that you intend to use for the course meets the technical requirements outlined on The UT TeleCampus Web site.

4. Prior to the first day of class, you will receive an email with login information for your course.  Most communications for the course will be by email.  It is important that you login on the first day of class and continue to login frequently, as course information will be provided in the course rather than being sent to you.

5. When logged into the courseware, review The UT TeleCampus Student Handbook and the Computer Basics course that you will find in the Resources box on your portal.

6. Review the Course Orientation, Syllabus, and Outline for each course in which you are enrolled.
