FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME FACULTY
DIVISION OF EMERGENCY MEDICINE

The Division of Emergency Medicine is seeking a full-time and part-time faculty that are board certified/board prepared in Emergency Medicine.  Responsibilities include direct patient care in the Emergency Department of Parkland Health and Hospital System and affiliated institutions, teaching and supervision of emergency medicine and other residents on service, medical, pharmacy and nursing students, pharmacists, nurses and EMT's.  Development or basic and/or clinical research in emergency medicine, including grant acquisition, strongly encouraged.  The successful candidate will have a strong interest in Medical Toxicology, EMS, Violence Intervention, resident education, education and medical research.  M.D. degree from an accredited medical school and completion of an Emergency Medicine Residency program required.  Must have a Texas medical license or complete the Texas State Medical License application, and UT Southwestern Credentialing packets and Billing Compliance documents, prior to appointment.  Send Curriculum vitae and letters of recommendation to the following address:
