 The division of Colon and Rectal Surgery is committed to the evaluation, diagnosis,  and treatment of disorders of the colon, rectum, and anus. We have two experienced Colon and Rectal Surgeons, Dr. Saul Sokol, and Dr. Yomi Fayiga.   In conjunction with Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas, we train one Resident each year in an ACGME approved program. UT Southwestern is committed to expanding the range of services offered to patients with colo-rectal disorders.  The University allows our patients access to comprehensive programs including multimodality therapy for cancer, genetic counseling, and testing for hereditary colorectal cancer."
