ASSISTANT PROFESSOR
DIVISION OF GI ENDOCRINE SURGERY

M.D. degree and graduate of an accredited residency program.  Candidates should have an excellent academic background and be board eligible/certified in general surgery with completion of a fellowship in laparoscopic surgery.  A Texas medical license is required.

Experience in minimally invasive approaches to obesity or advanced laparoscopic training is preferred.  Duties will include patient care in the inpatient and outpatient setting of a large university teaching hospital.  A commitment to resident and medical student education is essential.  Salary is commensurate with experience.   Please send curriculum vitae and  cover letter to:
