The UT Southwestern Center for Breast Care is a progressive and innovative
component of UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. The Center for
Breast Care is dedicated to:

providing the highest quality of care for women with benign
and malignant breast disorders

developing new therapeutic approaches to improve breast
cancer care, and

aiding in the search for scientific insights that could lead to a
cure for breast cancer.
Patients in the Center are under the care of a team of highly-competent
and skilled physicians on the faculty at The University of Texas
Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. Included in this premier breast-
care team are physicians in diagnostic radiology, surgical oncology, plastic
and reconstructive surgery, radiation oncology, medical oncology,
genetics and risk counseling, psychosocial support, and pathology.
Team members strive to effectively integrate all services required by the
patient within a single location.
SEAY BIOMEDICAL BUILDING
The outpatient facilities for UT Southwestern’s Center for Breast Care
are located on the third floor of the Seay Biomedical Building. The Seay
building includes the presence of a dedicated breast MRI system and
offers a convenient setting for diagnostic evaluation, medical treatment,
genetic counseling and cancer risk assessment, psychosocial support,
high-risk patient monitoring, and many other important services for
cancer patients.
