Campus Maps

A current, camera-ready version of the UT Southwestern campus map can be purchased from Medical Illustration Services. Only the most current approved version may be used for publication. Modification of the map for a specific publication requires approval from the Office of News and Publications. Approval to modify the map should be obtained before a work order is submitted to Medical Illustration Services.

Fax Forms, Mailing Labels and Rolodex Cards

A uniform fax cover sheet has been designed using the logomark. It can be ordered from General Stores, and campus offices are urged to use it for off-campus fax communications.

Mailing labels with the logomark can be ordered from General Stores.

A Rolodex card using the logomark can be adapted for individual departments by Printing Services.

Interior and Exterior Signage

The Graphics and Signage Committee has approved an overall plan for campus signage. All interior and exterior signage must comply. Consult the Vice President for Facilities Management or contact the Physical Plant's Key and Sign Shop at 83188.

Vehicle Identification

Texas statutes direct that all state vehicles must be identified with the word Texas followed in letters not less than two inches high by the name of the unit possessing the vehicle. No other decals, insignia or symbols should be affixed to the vehicle except those required by law. Questions may be addressed to the Vice President for Facilities Management.

For more information, please contact the Office of News and Publications or call 214-648-3404.
