HOW TO REQUEST A TEMPORARY EMPLOYEE
Managers and division leaders interested in using the UT Southwestern Temporary service may contact our office at 214-648-9235 or submit either of the following two temporary request forms (TRFs):

NON-HOSPITALS: All requests for temporary employment should be submitted through OAS (FSWT form). Please click here for instructions.

HOSPITALS: For hospital-based staff that DO NOT have access to the OAS (Online Administrative System) on-line requisition form, please click here to access the TRF form through iAim.

STEPS TO SOUTHWESTERN TEMPS STAFFING:
- Identify your temporary staffing needs and complete the on-line requisition
- Expect communication from the UT Southwestern Temps staffing consultant to confirm your needs. This may be an email response or a phone call.
- Verify availability of staff to meet needs. If not immediately available, staff will be recruited to meet your needs. (Once a candidate(s) is agreed upon, establish tools, equipment, or accesses needed upon arrival)
- Receive written confirmation email with assigned temporary including billing information.
- Complete Assignment Evaluation Form.
