What is the difference between EMT and Paramedic certification?

Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification precedes Paramedic certification.  You must be a certified EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) in order to become a Paramedic.   Paramedic education involves advanced life support training including: IV initiation, endotracheal intubation, and ECG interpretation. 

Do you offer part-time or evening EMT or Paramedic courses?

No, we do not offer evening EMT or Paramedic courses.  Our program is full-time, Monday through Friday,   7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. 

How do I obtain information on financial aid or scholarships?

How long is the EMT/Paramedic program?

Full-time EMT certification class lasts approximately 6 1/2 weeks.  Full-time Paramedic certification course lasts approximately 6 1/2 months.
