Algur H. Meadows Diagnostic Imaging Center


The Algur H. Meadows Diagnostic Imaging Center is
located at 5171 Harry Hines Blvd. and offers:

  • Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
  • Magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS)
  • Functional MR and MRS
  • MR Perfusion
  • Ultra high resolution on a 3T scanner

Maps and directions

Open to scan evenings and Saturdays and Sundays


Special information:

The following patients require discussion with MR center personnel prior to scheduling:

  • Patients with cardiac pacemakers and defrillators
  • Patients with cerebral aneurysm clips
  • Patients with cochlear implants
  • Patients with metal fragments in the eye.

*Children may require sedation and therefore should not be allowed to eat or drink anything for four hours prior to the procedure.
