Interventional Radiology


Interventional Radiology (214-645-8990) offers:

  • vascular imaging,
  • vascular CT,
  • MRI examination, and
  • catheter-based angiography. 


Therapeutic methods include:
  • urologic and hepatobiliary conditions, also
  • vascular angioplasty,
  • vascular stenting and the
  • use of stent-grafts for treating aneurysms. 

Areas of expertise include clinical evaluation of patients with arterial and venous disorders including:

  • peripheral vascular disease,
  • aortic and peripheral aneurysms,
  • deep venous thrombosis, and
  • disorders of circulation in the liver, kidneys, and intestines. 

Additionally, a number of embolic procedures are provided, including:

  • treatment of symptomatic uterine fibroids,
  • hepatic neoplasms, and
  • vascular malformations .
