- Graduate Record Examination (GRE) with no minimum score requirement
- Minimum of a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited institution prior to matriculation
- A recommended minimum of a 3.0 science and a 3.0 overall grade point average
- Visit, shadow, volunteer, or paid work in a prosthetic-orthotic practice
- Three letters of recommendation (instructor, employer, undergraduate advisor, volunteer experience or leadership position supervisor, other academic/research mentor)
- Applications for admissions completed by January 31 preceding first day of class in late May
