The mission of Information Resources is to support UT Southwestern Medical Center, including its Hospitals and Clinics, by providing computing, networking, audiovisual, voice and data telecommunication, and television services to all client organizations and individuals in a timely and reliable fashion.

Information Resources consists of over 250 programmers, analysts, systems specialists, technicians, directors, managers, and other personnel organized to assiste the UT Southwestern Medical Center community in its information technology needs.
