Additional Application Procedures for International Applicants

Transcripts

Original transcripts translated into English are required from each college or university attended. Please mail your original transcripts to the UT Southwestern Admissions Office. Original documents become the property of the institution and will not be returned. UT Southwestern is not obligated to furnish duplicates of these materials. Notarized copies sent by the applicant will not be considered official.

Transcripts from universities outside the United States must be evaluated by a commercial evaluation agency such as one of those listed below. Foreign transcript evaluations should be sent directly to the Admissions Office by the published application deadline. Evaluations should include subject breakdown, semester credit hours, and grades for undergraduate courses. (A fee will be charged to the applicant by the selected agency for this service.)
