Anatomy Lab:

During the academic year, the residents participate in a monthly anatomy lab. Two residents are assigned a specific anatomic region on which to perform commonly utilized surgical approaches and an anatomical dissection. These two residents then discuss pertinent anatomy and surgical approaches during the conference. A faculty member is also present who has a special interest in the region assigned. The anatomic regions covered during the year are: pelvis/hip, thigh/knee, leg/ankle/foot, thoracic and lumbar spine, shoulder, arm/elbow, cervical spine, forearm/wrist, and hand.
