Dr. Warner is the Co-Chairman of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at JPS Health Network. He graduated from the Southwestern Medical School's residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery and during that time, he also earned a Ph.D. 

After joining the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at JPS Health Network, Dr. Warner has worked extensively with patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea and Temporomandibular/Facial Pain disorders. Dr. Warner is a Diplomate of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and is a member of several other organizations. He is a Volunteer Faculty Member at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
