Prescription Refills
The most efficient way to have your prescriptions refilled is to have your pharmacist fax a refill request to our clinic at 214-648-7562; in Fort Worth at 817-810-9649; or North Dallas at 214-645-0950. Allow at least 24 hours to complete the process.

Test Results
So that we can reach you by phone or mail, please make sure the clinic has the correct daytime and evening phone numbers for you, as well as your correct mailing address. Ask your physician how and when you will be notified of test results.
