Please note:  We are no longer accepting applications for Fellowship Year 2009.  

We will accept applications for Year 2010 beginning December 1, 2008 via the Electronic Residency Application System (ERAS).   The application deadline is December 31, 2008.  Interviews will begin in February 2009.

A complete application consists of:

• ERAS Common Application Form (CAF)
• Three letters of recommendation (one must be from program director)
• USMLE or COMLEX Scores
• Medical School Transcripts
• Personal Statement
• ECFMG Certificate (international medical graduates only)
• Photo

The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center will not allow post-graduate medical education training programs to sponsor H1B Visa Applicants.  However, the institution will allow post-graduate medical education programs to accept persons holding JI Visas.  When applying, there must be enough time left on the JI Visa to be able to complete the three-year fellowship.
