All courses listed below must be complete prior to planned enrollment.

  • All science courses including nutrition must be completed with a grade of "C" or better
  • Must have completed a minimum of 60 semester credit hours at time of enrollment
  • Must have a minimum GPA of 2.5

**Texas Core Curriculum Requirements:

Students planning to graduate from UT Southwestern with a baccalaureate degree must complete the UT Southwestern core curriculum requirements listed above. 

Important Note: Students who have met the core curriculum requirements of another Texas public college/university will be exempt from the core curriculum of UT Southwestern.  If you have completed a core curriculum at a Texas public institution of higher education, you do not need to take the courses marked with ** for admission to the Department of Clinical Nutrition.
