Policy Overview

Rental policies are primarily for campus locations. Equipment may be taken off campus overnight for University use. An e-mail from a manager must be sent to Media Technology prior to picking up the equipment. A minimum of four hours' notice is required for delivery requests. Requests made with less than four hours' notice will be handled if work load allows. An expedite charge of $25 will be added to the regular charges.

Hours of Operation

The Media Technology equipment checkout window is open Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Weekends or after hours - reservations required.

Service Fees

These prices are charged once per request for delivery, setup, and pickup.
Service Fees will be waived if the requested item is checked out from D1.600A. P/A Systems are ineligible for checkout.

PolyCom AudioConference	Used for teleconference. Hot phone jack required. Client responsibility to verify hot phone jack.	$15 per half day
