Media Technology supports your laptop, whether Windows- or Macintosh-based. As a precautionary measure, we request that you give us at least a twenty-four hour notice if you are bringing your own laptop.

Our technicians are available to assist you with testing your laptop if you bring your laptop in prior to your event.  To ensure room availability, please contact SchedulingCoordinator in GroupWise.

Important Note:
Bring a separate backup of your presentation on a PC- or DOS-formatted floppy, zip, or compact disc, or on a memory stick.  You may also send your presentation via e-mail as a backup. Our e-mail address is IRMediaTech@UTSouthwestern.edu.
