$1,000 expedited processing fee, if desired. Expedited processing ensures that the USCIS will process the case in 15 working days. |

Payment of fees
Applicant must pay dependent filing fee.
If payment of H-1B fee or expedite fee will decrease applicant's salary below the minimum required wage, the department must pay the fees. Otherwise, applicants are generally expected to pay their own fees.
