The UT Southwestern Imaging Society was founded in 2001 to promote the exchange of ideas and information about new technologies among the biomedical imaging community on our campus. The Society sponsors a monthly Imaging Focus Group Seminar Series, featuring invited speakers who are at the leading edge of this rapidly developing field. This website provides links to imaging facilities on campus, courses, workshops and conferences on imaging, hot papers on selected topics in biomedical imaging and brief descriptions of modern imaging techniques. We are developing a searchable database of the imaging instrumentation and expertise available on the UT Southwestern campus. The Society also maintains a public E-mail list as a means of alerting members to imaging events on campus, such as new equipment, funding opportunities, relevant seminars, and equipment demonstrations. For more information, suggestions, or to be added to the E-mail list, contact Kate Luby-Phelps.
