Stephanie is the Administrative Manager for the Department of Developmental Biology. She works directly with Dr. Luis Parada, Chairman for the Department of Developmental Biology. Stephanie is responsible for managing the Administrative Office, where her staff assists the faculty and Researchers in the preparation of grants and the monitoring of funding. In addition, her staff ensures that while faculty and researchers are conducting their research, they are doing so in an environment that is conducive to that research by ensuring that the correct supplies are ordered and received in a timely manner and that the facilities are properly equipped and maintained.

Rita is the Administrative Assistant who assists Dr. Luis Parada, Chairman for the Department of Developmental Biology. Rita joined the Department of Developmental Biology in 2008. You are likely to encounter Rita’s cheerful voice when calling Dr. Parada’s office. She handles Dr. Parada’s calendar and travel, while assisting in the many other administrative functions needed in the day-to-day activities in the Department for Developmental Biology.
