General Information: 214-590-8000

Parkland Memorial Hospital, a component of the Parkland Health and Hospital System, is the primary teaching hospital of UT Southwestern Medical Center.  As Dallas' only public hospital, Parkland ensures that health care is available to all area residents.  Because of Parkland's affiliation with UT Southwestern, paying and non-paying patients alike have access to top quality medical care.

The Avon Foundation Breast Cancer Program at Parkland Memorial Hospital/UT Southwestern was established by the Southwestern Center for Breast Care and Parkland with funding from the Avon Foundation.  The program creates an infrastructure to make access to care easier, to make clinical trials available to underserved women, and to identify women in such populations who are at greatest risk for breast cancer and to monitor them.
