3D Holographic Visualization Device

Description: This technology features a new method to display dynamic holographic images in a real-time fashion.  A three dimensional real and virtual image is reconstructed by transcribing two-dimensional digital holograms onto a digital micromirror system illuminated with coherent light.  Proof-of-principle instruments have reconstructed real and virtual images.
