Traffic appeals must be made within 10 days of the date of issuance of the citation. Forms are available from parking services at mail code 9026, may be picked up at the parking services office, or you may use the traffic appeal request form below. A $10 late-fee penalty will be assessed for citations not paid or appealed within 10 days of issuance.
