Dr. Robyn Horsager is an Associate Professor in Obstetrics and Gynecology and the Medical Director of Obstetrics and Gynecology at University Hospital-St. Paul. Dr. Horsager earned her medical degree at the University of Illinois College of Medicine. She completed her residency and then furthered her training in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine at UT Southwestern.
Dr. Horsager is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as Maternal-Fetal Medicine. She is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine, and the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine.

As part of the Maternal-Fetal Medicine team,
Dr. Horsager's primary focus is ultrasonography and prenatal diagnosis. She has many years of experience caring for women who are at high risk for developing problems during pregnancy. As a mother of twins herself, she offers her patients a unique perspective on the management and delivery of twins.

Dr. Julie Lo is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She earned her medical degree and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Dr. Lo furthered her training in Maternal-Fetal Medicine through the fellowship program offered by Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at UT Southwestern.
Dr. Lo is board certified both in Obstetrics and Gynecology and in Maternal-Fetal Medicine.

Julie Lo, M.D.

She is a member of several organizations including the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the American Medical Association, and the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
In addition to providing a full range of high-risk pregnancy services to her private patients, Dr. Lo also conducts clinical research within the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Division. Current studies include the impact of cervical surgery on pregnancy outcomes, gestational diabetes, and the use of the drug misoprostol for labor induction.

Patricia Santiago-Munoz, M.D.

Dr. Patricia Santiago-Munoz is an Assistant Professor at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. She received her medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine and completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Puerto Rico, where she was Chief Resident during her last year of training.
After two years in academic and private practice, where she was honored by her residents with the ACOG faculty award, Dr. Santiago-Munoz moved to Dallas, Texas and completed a fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at UT Southwestern.

Dr. Santiago-Munoz is a diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
She is also a member of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine and a fellow of the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine.

The most recent physician to join our team of Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists, Dr. Santiago-Munoz speaks French and Spanish. She provides the full spectrum of high-risk obstetrical services, but ultrasonography is an area of special interest of her. |
