Outpatient gynecology services include:

Routine annual well-woman evaluation (breast and pelvic physical exams, Pap smear, and other laboratory and imaging studies as needed);

Counseling on issues of contraceptive selection and use;

Assessment and management of pelvic infections, endometriosis, and other common as well as complex problems of the female urinary and reproductive tracts; and
-
Pregnancy confirmation.
Obstetrical care includes:

Prenatal care, labor and delivery by dedicated physicians and nurses;

On-site prenatal ultrasound service;

Options for prepared childbirth classes, breastfeeding instruction, child-care classes, and exercise classes;

Delivery services at UT Southwestern University Hospital-St. Paul and Parkland Hospital;
-
Option for delivery in newly remodeled birthing and postpartum rooms at UT Southwestern University Hospital-St. Paul; and
-
Referral of high-risk problems to UT Southwestern specialists in maternal-fetal medicine.
