We can purify antigens by affinity sulfo-link beads coated with monospecific polyclonal or monoclonal antibodies.
The investigator should provide 2 mg of antibody that will be used to create the affinity column, and 2-4 mg of the antigen mixture at ~1-2 mg/ml.
