Monospecific polyclonal antibodies can be obtained by affinity purification of polyclonal antibodies using sulfo-link beads coated with peptide antigen.

The investigator should provide the core with ~ 2mg of peptide or protein antigen (preferred concentration ~ 1-2 mg/ml) that will be used to generate the affinity column, and 1-2 ml antisera containing the crude antibody mixture.

How to proceed:

  1.   Fill out the order form, which may be downloaded as an Adobe PDF file here.  The order form must be accompanied by an IDR, together with the required reagents (see above), to Dr. Wayne Lai (K3.118 or Y4.312D or FAX 214-648-2951)
