Neurophysiology Fellowship Application(PDF format)

This ACGME approved one-year program provides six months of training each in EEG and EMG.  Fellows completing the program will be board-eligible for the ABPN Added Qualifications in Clinical neurophysiology examination.  The education program includes a comprehensive weekly neurophysiology lecture series with lectures provided by the department's faculty, most of whom are certified by the added qualifications board examination.  In addition to EEG and EMG, experience with evoked potentials and sleep studies is also provided.

At least two positions are available each year.
