David Tyler, MD
Medical Director of EAP
Dr. Tyler is the Vice-Chairman of Clinical Affairs in the Department of Psychiatry. He has been associated with the Department of Psychiatry for over 20 years.
Patrick Tiner, MSW, LCSW
Director of EAP
Mr. Tiner, clinical social worker, has been on the faculty of the Department of Psychiatry since 1994 where he is the Director of EAP Services at UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas . He has been in the employee assistance program and managed health care field since 1981. He conducts regular workshops and trainings for professional clinical practitioners, law enforcement agencies, universities and corporations on such topics as workplace violence, critical incident stress debriefing and mental health reactions to trauma. He is state licensed as a clinical social worker (LCSW), chemical dependency counselor (LCDC), and a marriage and family therapist (LMFT) Since 1976 he has been a member of the National Association of Social Workers and active with the local Dallas Branch and the Texas Chapter. Since 1985 he has served as a volunteer with the Dallas Chapter of the American Red Cross as the disaster mental health coordinator. He is President of the North Texas Chapter of the Employee Assistance Professional Association (EAPA) from 2004 through 2006.
Nancy Livingston, MSSW, LCSW
Sr. Clinical Case Manager
Ms. Livingston has 22 years Clinical Counseling experience with the last 17 years working in the EAP/Managed Care field. She has several large National AP accounts and has extensive counseling and critical incident debriefing experience. She is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), licensed chemical dependency counselor (LCDC), licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) and a certified mediator through Dallas juvenile department. She has a special interests in counseling in workplace issues.
Louise Foster-Wilson, MA, LPC
Clinical Case Manager
Ms. Foster-Wilson is a licensed professional counselor (LPC). She has 15 years of clinical counseling experience with 6 years in the EAP field. Her interests are in individual counseling, women's issues, and depression.
