Registration fees for most courses are waived for employees of UT Southwestern University Hospitals.  HOWEVER, employees must notify the Education Department of cancellation 24 hours prior to class time or pay a 25.00 penalty fee for no shows.

If enrollment is less than five persons, one week prior to the course offering, the class will be in consideration of cancellation. If cancellation occurs, every attempt will be made to notify those persons registered. It is very important that alternate phone numbers be provided on registration sheet assist with notification in the event of course cancellation.

Continuing Education Credit

UT Southwestern University Hospitals are an approved provider of continuing education programs. Through this providership, contact hours are awarded for programs that meet the established guidelines of the AACN Certification Corporation.
