Dr. Thomas Kodadek, a distinguished research scientist at UTSouthwestern spoke with us about his work on trying to find substances that can diagnose and block specific immune responses without suppressing the entire immune system.  Dr. Kodadek has won numerous awards for his research and gave us an inside look into the field of chemical biology and what it's like to work in a research lab.  His website is http://kodadeklab.swmed.edu/.
