This 6-hour session will take take a look at some of the physiological mechanisms involved in weight regulation and focus in on some common problems associated with weight gain and loss. A light lunch will be provided for all registered participants.
All STARS activities are offered free of charge to teachers. A certificate of attendance will be provided for purposes of professional development.
