Pharmacokinetics; pharmacodynamics; drug absorption, distribution, metabolism/elimination; drug-drug and drug-disease interactions; preclinical drug development (Phase I, II, III and IV); proof-of-concept and dose-finding studies; post-marketing surveillance.

Prerequisites: None

Credit: 2 hours

Grading Criteria: Pass/Fail; Grade of 60% or higher on final exam required to pass course;  attendance at 75% of lectures required to pass course
