For your comfort and convenience, call a UT Southwestern Patient Services Ambassador at (214) 648-6864 for help in arranging wheelchair or other special assistance.

Several hotels located nearby offer discounts to patients and families, and some provide complimentary transportation to and from campus. A Patient Services Ambassador can help you find accommodations.

Valet parking:   If you are seeing one of our doctors at the  Aston Center, valet parking is available for a reduced rate. Our office staff will validate your parking ticket upon arrival.

Complimentary self-parking:   You may also park across the street from the Aston Center in the lot marked “Hospital Parking.”

Complimentary shuttle service:   Between covered shelter in the parking lot and the Aston Center entrance. The shuttle runs from the parking lot to the Aston center between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
