Transgenic Core Facility

 
  
Description:
Generation of conventional transgenic mice and production of chimeric mice harboring select genetic mutations. Gene targeting in embryonic stem cells, expansion and preparation of targeted ES Cell clones for injection. Rederivation of conventionally housed mouse strains to SPF status.
