Charles M. Ginsburg, M.D. is the program director and Robert S. Munford, M.D. and David W. Russell, PhD. are the co-directors.  The program's director and co-directors are responsible for PSTP policy, direction, administration and oversight. A selection committee composed of the program directors and selected faculty members is directly responsible for selection and mentor assignment of PSTP fellows.

The PSTP administrative office is in the Office of the Associate Dean for Academic Administration and its personnel are responsible for providing information to potential applicants, coordinating the application and interview process and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the program.
