Epileptologists and Sleep Medicine Specialist
The Department of Neurology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center seeks academic neurologists at the rank of Assistant/Associate/Professor to join a 4-member epilepsy group at an established regional epilepsy center with state of the art facilities. Applicants should have completed two years of epilepsy/clinical neurophysiology fellowship and should be board certified by the ABPN for adult or child neurology. Those BC/BE for the ABPN Added Qualifications in Clinical Neurophysiology and American Board of Clinical neurophysiology are sought for the epilepsy positions and the American Board of Sleep Medicine is needed for the Sleep Medicine position. Applicants should be competent in EEG, epilepsy monitoring, presurgical evaluation for epilepsy, and central neurophysiology techniques.

Stroke Faculty

Multiple Sclerosis Clinical Scholars
The Multiple Sclerosis Program in the Department of Neurology at UT Southwestern in Dallas is seeking to identify and recruit outstanding junior faculty that are committed to a career track in academic medicine, focused on patient management and clinical research. Our multidisciplinary dedicated Clinical Center for MS is comprised of neurologists, a neurorehabilitation specialist from PM&R, MS fellows, and a clinical support staff of four nurses plus a social worker. Clinical laboratories include ocular coherence tomography, a neuro-ophthalmology lane, and quantitative eye movement tracking. The MS / Neuroimmunology Research program involves more than 30 clinicians and basic scientists that focus interests across all major areas of the field.
Candidates should be BC/BE in neurology and preferably have fellowship training or clinical experience in neuroimmunology. Appointments are available at the Assistant and Associate Professor levels. Successful candidates will be offered a competitive salary with a clinical incentive plan, and support from MS Program for clinical research, travel allowance, and educational programs.
