Immunophenotyping for Leukemias and Lymphomas
This testing procedure is used to detect and characterize hematolymphoid tumors in different specimen types (bone marrow, blood, lymph nodes or other tissues).

Synonyms or Variations:

Leukemia Immunophenotyping
Lymphoma Immunophenotyping
Flow Cytometry, Tissue
Flow Cytometry, Fluid
Flow Cytometry, Bone Marrow
Flow Cytometry, Blood
Flow Cytometry, Lymphoproliferative Disorder

Process and Hold
As flow cytometric testing requires fresh, unfixed specimens, this procedure allows the laboratory to process a specimen in an appropriate manner and store it up to 3 days.  In the interim, one can make a decision to cancel or go ahead with complete testing.
Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH)
This test evaluates the expression pattern of GPI-linked proteins on red cells and leukocytes and is used for the diagnosis of PNH.
  Synonyms or Variations:
    PNH Testing By Flow Cytometry
CD55/CD59/GPI-Linked Antigen Testing
T-cell, B-cell or NK cell Quantification
This testing procedure is used to quantify the absolute counts of various lymphocyte subsets for immune monitoring.
  Synonyms or Variations:
    Immunodeficiency Evaluation and Monitoring
Quantitative Lymphocyte Analysis - Lymphocyte Subsets
Quantitative Lymphocyte Analysis - T-Cell Subsets
Lymphocyte Subsets
T-Cell Subsets (helper/suppressor ratio)
CD4 (AIDS Monitoring)
CD4 (HIV Monitoring)
CD4 count
CD3 count
CD3 count for Transplant monitoring
T, B, NK subset quantification
